Confidentiality:

  • All information provided in the nomination process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
  • The judges and organising committee will not disclose any confidential details without explicit consent from the nominees.

Verification of Information:

The organising committee reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided in the nominations.

Award Categories:

There will be three Award Winners, selected by the Jury and an additional Peer Award to be voted live during the CSO Awards Gala Night.

Ceremony Attendance:

  • Nominees are strongly encouraged to attend the awards ceremony.
  • Winners who are unable to attend must designate a representative to accept the award on their behalf.

Promotional Rights:

  • The organisers reserve the right to use the names, logos, and images of the winning companies and individuals for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Winners are encouraged to promote their achievements through their own channels.

Media and Publicity:

The event organisers may issue press releases and use social media platforms to announce winners and share event highlights.

The CSO Awards Gala Night

Participant agreements, terms & conditions:

  1. By participating, nominees and winners agree to allow the use of their names, photos, and information for promotional and media purposes related to the CSO Awards Ceremony.
  2. The event organizers may issue press releases and use social media platforms to announce winners and share event highlights.
  3. All participants at the event agree to have photos and videos taken, and allow their usage after the event for promotional ends.

Invitation and Attendance:

  • Invitations to the CSO Awards Ceremony will be extended to nominees, Top 100 European CSOs, sponsors, and selected guests. An exclusive invitation is mandatory, as well as a complete registration online.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses, unless otherwise agreed and communicated with Futur/io.

Award Presentation:

  • Winners will be announced and awarded during the CSO Awards Ceremony.
  • Winners must be present at the ceremony to accept the award, unless exceptional circumstances prevent attendance.

Alteration of Terms:

  • The organising committee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Chief Sustainability Officer Awards and its terms and conditions at any time. In such cases, all participants will be duly informed.
